I heard today, and this is just a thought I’m putting out there, that animal shelters are letting you foster dogs and cats. Since many people are laid off from work this would be ideal for their situation, especially if they live alone. I am not sure which shelters are offering this. The issue the shelters are having is that they are cutting down on employees which means the dogs and cats will be getting less interaction. ♥️🐶🐱🐶🐱♥️ #fosterapooch
The pup shown below is my boy ♥️ He isn’t up for fosterbf or adoption. Sorry!!
It’s really simple. What holds us back from moving forward, taking that chance, or making a life change? Fear right?
Fear holds us back from more than we realize. For some of us fear can play a part in the simplest tasks. For starters, putting our two feet on the floor when we wake up in the morning. There is always something out there we dread that has to be dealt with in our day right?
Try this(myself included), start off with just today by saying no or not doing something with you are uncomfortable with, without feeling bad or guilty.
Little steps are a great way to get going on defeating what’s holding you back.
Consciously make an effort and take note on everything and every little feeling, like the pit in your stomach feeling, when you have to make a choice on what YOU want to do. Just say no. It’s really not that hard. Remember baby steps.
Good luck today. I’d like to hear what you decided not to do today and how it felt to say no. Even if you say no to one thing, that is a great start.
I was in a panic. I just started my 3rd semester and I felt like there was no way I was going to be able to focus this semester. Out of all semesters, this one? WTH? But it just did. I just started my first assignment and I feel like it’s clicking. I’m getting back into it, I hope lol. I say this now but give me an hour.
Had to just take a break for a sec and post that. I’m sure there are a lot of you who feel the same way in certain situations like mine. You just can’t get it together sometimes! Arrghhh. Hate that.
