The question of the day is….

How long does it take to gain body fat? Like actually make my belly grow an inch or whatever.. Are we talking 1 to 2 days, a month what? I need to know this because I at a chocolate doughnut last night and now I’m stressing over how long its going to make my stomach get bigger than it already is. I Googled it and it says a few days. Well, that means I have to counteract that and do my 16 hour fasting. So here I sit blogging and writing about it when I really should be walking. Ugh. But I’m soooo tired. Why? Because I had damn carbs that’s why.
