Hello everyone and welcome to my Wordpress site Simple-sweet-living.com. I've been blogging since August 5, 2012. Not a whole lot of blogging. It's only when I am inspired by the thoughts I have or things going on around me that prompt me to write. I'm going to try and pick it up a little. I'm 52-years-old, I have to boys ages 18 and 19. My youngest goes to college at UB and my oldest just started commercial airline pilot school. I am truly blessed to have such good kids. I couldn't ask for anything more. I've had my ups and downs in life. I divorced when my boys were ages 1 and 2. I left an abusive relationship that was actually the first of 3. Unfortunately it took 3 tries to figure out what I didn't deserve in life. But I am not a dweller. I went back to college in my forties and I'm now a 10th grade special ed teacher. I absolutely love my job. I love my life even though it's not quite where I want to be(physically) as in homeownership. It's a long story. I'm in the process of buying my own home now and hopefully will be there by the end of the year. Enjoy my rants of positives and negatives. I keep telling myself I'm human. We are all human. It is what it is but it won't be what you want unless you try.
